Hotel as a whole is comfortable and excellent, I thoroughly enjoyed it.
The hotel is fairly clean, the staff is amiable, and the room is neat and beautiful. The venue's location is particularly good, very close to the bars and restaurants are. Also, it's about 15 mins walk from Fox Tucson Theatre.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights while visiting Tucson. The location was perfect as it was right in downtown, close to my appointment. The staff, particularly B.T. and Bina, were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me during a difficult situation. It felt like I was staying with old friends. The check-in process was seamless, and the gentleman named David at the front desk was friendly and we had a pleasant conversation about his homeland, South Africa. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning in the future.

The hotel was excellent and clean inside, I thoroughly enjoyed it. They gave me a tidy and beautiful room with AZ and the TV, for example. A microwave and a refrigerator were available too. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time.

Honestly no complains at all. Excellent base for a 3-night stay. Central location close to downtown. And just next door to fourth avenue where the bars and restaurants are, and the bars and restaurants are. The rooms with AZ and the TV, for instance.
